OVERVIEW
The role of the Customer Support Coordinator is to provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers across all areas of the business. The role will be responsible for dealing with a variety of enquiries via telephone and e-mail and responding to them using effective communication, whilst identifying and engaging with the key stakeholders involved. The role will also be responsible for customer queries, technical / system requests and changes and supporting the wider Client Services team.
The role is also responsible for trouble-shooting customer queries in relation to system related matters, (Technical Support) ticket printer queries and general day to day operational issues.
What we need:
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
- Solid admin and Excel skills
- Passion for customer service
What You will do:
- Support internal and external customers
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Learn from experienced account managers
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years experience of working within a customer service / support role
DESIRABLE:
- Business Travel experience with strong travel industry knowledge

In our UK and European operations, CTM uses LinkedIn to process applications for open job roles. Using only the information submitted by the applicant, LinkedIn automatically filters applications based on the criteria set by CTM’s recruitment team.
Note
This role requires a DBS and potentially an enhanced personnel check. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this.
Please note that this role requires a security clearance process (you must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years to be eligible) and a DBS check. Do not apply if you are not willing to undergo these conditional background checks, this continually applies during the course of your employment.
