JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and making things happen. You will be at the heart of our customer experience, supporting our sales team, managing customer relationships, progressing opportunities and coordinating with colleagues across the business to make sure our customers receive the service and solutions they expect.
What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and requests.
- Build and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Support our sales team with quotations, proposals, samples, trials, and administration.
- Follow up opportunities and turn enquiries into sales.
- Identify opportunities to retain, upsell, and grow customer accounts.
- Process orders and maintain accurate CRM and customer records.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, customer service, and logistics to keep things moving.
- Take ownership of customer queries and complaints and find solutions, not excuses.
- Support customer onboarding and account development.
- Produce reports and provide feedback that helps us improve.
- Help deliver our commitment to responding to customer enquiries within 24 hours.
