Role Description The Customer Support Engineer - Graduate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this role, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide technical support
  • Resolve issues related to BookedSolid’s AI phone receptionist solution
  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration problems
  • Guide users through product features
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering teams when needed

Day-to-day work includes:

  • Monitoring support queues
  • Documenting solutions
  • Updating knowledge bases
  • Collaborating with product and engineering to improve system reliability and user experience

You will also assist with occasional field service activities, such as:

  • Supporting deployments
  • Training users
  • Gathering feedback from healthcare customers to help refine the product

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Communication abilities.
  • Technical problem-solving capabilities, including Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills.
  • Ability to support on-site activities and deployments through Field Service experience or interest.
  • Basic understanding of software, cloud-based systems, or telephony solutions; familiarity with healthcare workflows is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and clear documentation practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
