As a Customer Service Executive based in Milton Keynes, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call-centre environment, supporting customers and end users with clear, professional query resolution.
- Processing and chasing orders across multiple channels, checking stock, availability and pricing, and ensuring every interaction is accurately recorded in our systems.
- Providing timely updates on deliveries, product information and returns, giving customers correct and relevant information at every stage.
- Following set telephony standards, office procedures, and call-handling expectations to maintain a smooth and reliable service.
- Keeping product knowledge, promotions, and system processes up to date to ensure confident, consistent customer support.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Note: during training, the shift pattern will be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Hybrid working is available once the probation period is complete, with a typical split of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Strong, confident customer service skills with the ability to support customers over the phone in a fast-paced, call-centre style environment.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing retail role, with the resilience to handle high call volumes and varied queries.
- Comfortable working quickly and staying organised — able to juggle calls, queries, order updates and system notes without losing accuracy.
- Familiarity with telephony systems such as Mitel, Cisco or 8x8 would be a real advantage, though not essential.
- An industrial or trade-related background is helpful but not required - we’re more interested in your attitude, communication style and willingness to learn.
