About The Role

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a degree that includes Accounting or a related discipline, or hold an equivalent accounting qualification.
  • A minimum of six months' experience in customer service, gained through retail, hospitality, leisure, or similar environments, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a professional and approachable manner.
  • The ability to stay calm and organized when managing multiple priorities is crucial, as is demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers are vital attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-line support to customers via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional assistance.
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner to foster positive relationships.
  • Researching and resolving accountancy-related queries, leveraging available resources and knowledge.
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of accounting processes and specialist products/services offered by the organization.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless customer service and achieve shared goals.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline internal processes for greater efficiency.
