As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships. The Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers get the very best from Recruit Genie. From onboarding new clients to providing ongoing support and training, you'll become a trusted partner who helps customers maximize the value of our platform.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide expert guidance, and identify opportunities to improve their recruitment processes while working alongside our internal teams to continually enhance the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Provide engaging training sessions and product guidance.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proactively monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to increase product adoption.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with Product, Support, and Sales teams to represent customer feedback and help shape future product improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their recruitment objectives.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a Customer Success, Account Management, or other customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and explaining it to others.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Experience within HR, recruitment, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential. Previous knowledge of Recruit Genie would also be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
