Customer Support Executive | FT | Perm | Leicester | Onsite | Up to £30k + Benefits

We are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with Account Managers to support the day-to-day service delivery for Latus customers, helping to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Acting as a key point of contact, you will manage customer queries, coordinate actions, and ensure all tasks are followed through efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the continued success of our clients and business.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the seamless onboarding of new clients across Latus Group services
  • Acting as a day-to-day support contact for key customers
  • Managing customer queries and coordinating internal responses
  • Tracking actions, issues, bookings and service delivery
  • Supporting Account Managers with meetings, reports and account updates
  • Monitoring service levels and escalating risks or recurring issues
  • Helping resolve invoicing, scheduling and operational queries
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and action logs
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience

Key Requirements

  • Strong customer-facing communication - clear, prompt and personable in writing and by phone
  • Highly organised, with the discipline to track actions and close nothing left open
  • Confident coordinating across internal teams to get queries resolved
  • Comfortable with data - accurate records, clean information and clear updates
  • Collaborative and dependable, able to act as a right hand to Account Managers
  • Calm under a growing workload, delivering consistent service across several accounts

Desirable

  • Experience in customer support, client operations, account support or occupational / workplace health
  • Familiarity with scheduling, escalation and service-level tracking
  • Confidence with reporting tools and CRM / activity systems
  • An interest in progressing into an Account Manager role over time
