V&C Associates are working exclusively with a prestigious luxury interior brand with their products sold in 60+ countries, and a beautiful London showroom. They're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support professional to be the calm, reliable professional that keeps clients happy and the business moving.
The role
You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries — owning issues from start to finish and working across sales, engineering, production and logistics to get things resolved. Day to day, you'll also be handling quotes, processing orders, maintaining CRM and MRP systems, and covering the wider sales team when needed. It's varied, it's fast-paced, and there's real room to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll be a great fit if you're:
- Calm under pressure and highly organised
- A natural problem-solver who communicates clearly
- Confident on the phone and via email
- Strong on Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems (Prospects experience is a bonus)
- From a design-led background — though full product training is provided, so not essential
- A speaker of a second language? That's always a welcome plus in a global business
