Graduate Customer Support & Accounts Advisor

Are you a recent graduate with an Accounting-related degree and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing organisation that is looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join their customer support team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and developing their accounting knowledge in a commercial setting.
What you'll be doing
- Providing first-line support to customers via phone and email.
- Responding to customer enquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Researching and resolving accountancy-related queries.
- Building your knowledge of accounting processes and specialist products/services.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.

What we're looking for
- A degree that includes Accounting or a related discipline, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
- At least 6 months' customer service experience gained within retail, hospitality, leisure, customer support, or similar environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- The ability to remain calm and organised when managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
