Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Support Executive for a well-established organisation, supporting businesses across the UK.

Our client, a highly respected organisation, is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a business that values innovation, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll act as a vital link between dealer partners, retail customers, account managers, and internal departments. You'll play an important role in supporting business operations, managing customer and dealer enquiries, processing sales-related administration, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish.

This position would suit a highly organised individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering first-class support.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Provide exceptional support to dealer partners, retail customers, account managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Process sales contracts and documentation accurately within agreed service levels.
  • Respond to customer and dealer enquiries via telephone, email, and digital communication channels, recording all information accurately.
  • Act as a key user and manage and administer multiple operational systems in line with company procedures and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners and prospective new partners.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide informed support and guidance.
  • Undertake additional administrative and support tasks as required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous customer service, customer support, sales support, or administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Confident handling customer conversations over the telephone.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
