About The Role

Customer Support Executives are sought for a temporary contract in Kettering, lasting until December with possible extension. Paying £14.80 hourly, the full-time post follows a hybrid pattern: two days in the office, three working from home, Monday to Friday. Duties centre on coordinating End Point Assessments, managing bookings, and liaising with apprentices, employers and assessors. The successful candidate will handle administration accurately, meeting service level agreements and regulatory standards. Strong organisational abilities, customer focus, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual with strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and administering the operational delivery of End Point Assessments, ensuring processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures, service level agreements and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing assessment bookings and liaising with apprentices, employers, training providers and assessors.
  • Providing accurate advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
  • Managing and resolving queries, issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Keeping apprentices and training providers regularly updated throughout the assessment process.
  • Supporting assessors before and during live assessments.
  • Processing approvals, including Gateway approvals, in line with compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting data cleansing across internal systems.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure assessments are delivered effectively.
  • Identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.

About You

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous administration or coordination experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience handling customer queries and resolving issues.
  • The ability to follow procedures and work within compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
