Join Our Team as a STAR Expert at Mercedes-Benz Croydon
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves people, technology, and a premium automotive brand. As a STAR Expert, you'll be the face of Mercedes-Benz, helping customers discover the innovative features, technology, and benefits of our vehicles while creating memorable showroom experiences.
Package circa £33K OTE
45hrs per week across a 7 day soft working pattern
Are You Passionate About Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences?
We're keen to hear from individuals who:
- Have a genuine passion for the automotive industry and the Mercedes-Benz brand.
- Enjoy building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have previous customer-facing experience, ideally within automotive, retail, hospitality, or a premium customer service environment.
- Are confident presenting products and demonstrating features in an engaging way.
- Have a proactive, positive, and professional approach.
- Are quick to learn technical information and able to explain it clearly to customers.
- Hold the right to work in the UK.
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.

As a STAR Expert, you will:
- Welcome customers and support them throughout their showroom journey.
- Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the latest Mercedes-Benz technology and features.
- Act as a product specialist, keeping up to date with new models, innovations, and industry developments.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to handover.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up support.
- Support dealership events, product launches, and marketing activities that promote the Mercedes-Benz brand.
