We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Customer Support Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing and leading customer support team
  • Monitoring and reporting on tracking tools
  • Performing employee evaluations and developing employees
  • Acting as escalation point for operational tasks
  • Setting up KPIs and other strategic initiatives
  • Conducting capacity and workplace planning
  • Ensuring specific support for Tier1 customers
  • Occasional travel to other offices
  • Ensuring the team implements best practices

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with client/server network structures
  • Understanding of enterprise application environments
  • Experience working with CRM systems, ideally SalesForce
  • Experience leading a team
  • Customer focussed mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office desktop products
