This role will focus on proactively managing our network to ensure that we achieve 99% uptime. From the start, building new processes and systems will be a focus. The ideal candidate will have some experience in customer support within a technology or infrastructure environment. You will be at the intersection of operations, sales, and technical support acting as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients and ensuring they maximize the benefit of our EV charging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage escalations effectively, owning the communication with the client while coordinating internal resolution.
  • Support the Network Operations Manager who is the relationship owner for the B2B charging clients.
  • Providing reporting for each client on their network KPIs and SLAs on a monthly basis in the network update packs.
  • Support the Network Operations Manager to onboard and manage an external agency to provide 24 hours coverage for customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
