We're working with a thriving consumer business looking to recruit a Customer Services Support Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Director of Sales and with a dotted line to the Senior Manager Team, the remit of the role will be to lead the Service Support function, leading a team of 3 and delivering best-in-class customer service.

Key areas of focus will include:
- Leading and motivating an established team
- Hands-on account management of their largest 2 accounts
- Improving processes and implementing efficiencies
- Introducing more metric-led KPIs and processes
- Adopting automation and AI tools where appropriate
- Business partnering Sales Teams
