About Blueco Healthcare
Blueco Healthcare is a digital-first healthcare and pharmacy infrastructure provider in Preston, Lancashire with a specialist focus in weight management, women’s health, sexual health, and addiction. We are the regulated infrastructure behind some of the UK’s leading digital health brands, providing clinical and pharmacy services, patient care, and deep API integrations across NHS programmes, private healthcare, insurance, and direct pharmaceutical manufacturer programmes. Our pharmacy infrastructure is known as Onescript. We support tens of thousands of patients every month and are targeting roughly 4x growth over the next year, backed by contracts already in place.
The Role
We’re looking for our first dedicated Customer Success hire to own and shape the onboarding experience for our growing network of healthcare clinics. You’ll manage the journey from initial contact through to go-live, while helping us build a scalable Customer Success function.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey, including contracting, assurances, technical setup, testing and go-live.
- Act as the main point of contact for clinics, ensuring clear communication, timelines and follow-through.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve blockers and keep onboarding on track.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve processes, documentation and onboarding materials as we scale.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clinic partners and, over time, manage a broader portfolio of accounts.
- Work closely with product and engineering to identify opportunities for self-service, automation and improved workflows.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience onboarding clients and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and challenge assumptions.
- Experience with SaaS, APIs, healthcare or regulated environments is desirable.
Success & Working Pattern
- Successful, efficient onboarding and strong client relationships.
- Improved processes and internal handoffs as we scale.
- Remote-first, reporting to the Head of Services, with no direct line management initially.
- Available full-time or 4 days per week.
Interview Process
The interview process will involve a video call with the Head of Services and Managing Director, and consist of two case studies and an informal chat.
