Customer Support Marketing - Placement Year (July 2027)

BMW UK, Farnborough

What awaits you:

  • Manage BMW AG focused Marketing activity and E-commerce projects within Customer Support.
  • Support on multiple projects across Retailer and Digital Marketing topics.
  • Liaise with product managers and agencies to complete projects.
  • Participate in regular calls with contacts in Munich.
  • Work with multiple agencies (creative & media) on projects and initiatives.
  • Operate in a lateral working culture, collaborating with colleagues across the department / company.
  • Support Marketing team with project management and creating presentations to showcase project work
  • Support Data team on data reporting to support commercial objectives
  • Working closely with the Data team to deliver data excellence
  • Make changes to the BMW & MINI national websites
  • Support with ad hoc projects where relevant

What awaits you:

  • Studying a bachelor’s degree in a Marketing related discipline is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Aptitude for analysing & presenting information with the use of Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to learn new systems competencies.
  • Aptitude for developing creative mechanisms to reach out to different audiences.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and challenging timelines.
  • Time spent in a Marketing environment is highly desirable, as is a passion for Digital Marketing and appreciation of brand values and corporate identity for both BMW and MINI brands.
  • Experience and knowledge of using AI
  • Experience with Excel
