Customer Support Representative – Hull
Location: Hull, UK
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Hull. You will be responsible for supporting customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and online channels.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Follow up on outstanding enquiries.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call centre or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Good computer skills and confidence using customer management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise workload.
- Positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
