Customer Support Representative – Hull

Location: Hull, UK

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Hull. You will be responsible for supporting customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and online channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
  • Follow up on outstanding enquiries.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call centre or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Good computer skills and confidence using customer management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise workload.
  • Positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
