Customer Solutions Specialist
Location: Telford
Salary: £30,000 + Commission

If you’re a motivated graduate with an interest in engineering, business, or technical problem-solving, this role gives you the perfect platform to build a long-term career. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you’ll become a key part of the Customer Solutions Team—working across sales, service, operations, and marketing to help customers find the right vacuum solutions for their applications.
This is a role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems, learning technical concepts, and seeing the impact of their work directly in the sales pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Engagement & Solutions
- Speak with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional on-site visits.
- Understand customer needs and identify the right technical solution.
- Prepare clear, accurate proposals for A, B, and C tier customers.
- Proactively follow up proposals and negotiate to secure orders.

Sales Pipeline & CRM Ownership
- Manage and update opportunities in the CRM.
- Direct qualified sales and service leads from the Marketing team.
- Track open quotes, sales orders, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support standardisation of sales processes and CRM improvements.
Collaboration Across the Business
You’ll work closely with:
- External Sales Managers & Vacuum Specialists
- Customer Service, Service Planning & Operations
- Marketing / Lead Generation
- Systems & Stores Teams

Education & Requirements
- Engineering or Business degree (or relevant industry experience)
- Valid UK driving licence
- Comfortable with occasional UK travel
- No direct reports; some budget delivery responsibility
