Role Description

- Responding to inquiries about orders, sizing, shipping, and product details via email, chat, and social media.
- Maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to the website or ordering process.
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Following up to ensure resolution.
- Tracking customer feedback.
- Supporting post-purchase concerns such as returns or exchanges.
- Contributing ideas to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support experience with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
- Well-developed Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a customer-centered approach.
- Ability to provide basic Technical Support for common e-commerce and website issues.
- Solid Analytical Skills to identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and strong time management abilities.
- Experience in online retail, fashion, or e-commerce environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency with customer support tools (such as ticketing systems, live chat, or CRM platforms).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
