Customer Support Specialist
Location: Central Manchester
Salary: £35,000 +
Are you an experienced Customer Support Specialist looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact in a truly exciting industry?
I’m working with a fast-growing Manchester-based SaaS start-up transforming the live events and ticketing industry, supporting global events across sport, music and entertainment. In their past year have generated over £25million in revenue, and looking to double again this year with your role being integral to the growth…There’s no better time to join a business like this!
This is not your typical script-and-queue support role. You’ll own customer issues end-to-end while also helping improve the processes, systems and workflows behind the support function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
