Job Description: Customer Success Analyst

We are delighted to be supporting an innovative and growing Education Technology company in their search for a Customer Success Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that provides technology and support services to schools across the UK. You’ll become part of a friendly and collaborative team, working closely with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of service and get the most from the company’s advanced support offering.

This is a fast-paced and varied role that would suit someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, solving problems and building strong relationships. You’ll be supporting schools with a range of queries and additional services, primarily over the phone and via email, so excellent communication skills and a confident, approachable manner are essential.

Working as part of a small team, you’ll take ownership of customer queries from start to finish, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and customers are kept informed throughout. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the wider support function and may assist the 2nd Line Support team during particularly busy periods.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
