Location: Hybrid/Islington or Morden
Salary: London - £35,199 - £40,856 per annum / National - £33,239 - £38,514 per annum
Hours: Full Time 36 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Looking for a customer-focused role in social housing? If so, we have just the right opportunity for you! We’re seeking a number of excellent Customer Support Specialists to join our team in Islington or Morden.
This is a multi-case management position, which requires you to make confident decisions and handle multiple customer interactions. Therefore, excellent communication skills are necessary to liaise with various internal teams and external agencies. You’ll participate in active learning and knowledge-sharing to support us in driving continuous improvement to meet high levels of performance.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret legislation are essential skills for this role. You must be able to work to a high standard in a busy and pressurised environment while managing your time effectively to handle a variety of tasks.

Closing Date: Monday 17th August 2026 at midnight.
Interviews will be held on 1st or 2nd September 2026.
As part of the assessment process, candidates will be asked to complete a competency-based test, details of which will be given following the shortlisting exercise.
This is a hybrid role with a base location in Islington or Morden. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week, this is subject to change in line with business needs.
If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to the National pay scale.
You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
