Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through email, chat, phone, and other support channels
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
- Guide customers through products, services, systems, or account-related queries
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate support notes
- Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively
- Work collaboratively with customer service, operations, and technical teams
- Help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Confident using digital platforms, email, and online support tools
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Ability to explain information clearly and professionally
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a hybrid team
- Previous experience in customer support, retail, hospitality, or service-based roles is beneficial but not required
