Customer Support Specialist – Remote UK

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join a remote UK-based team.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide clear and accurate information across phone, email and digital channels
- Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex cases where required
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes
- Support customers throughout their service journey
- Follow company procedures and service standards
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries
- Identify recurring issues and communicate relevant feedback
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
