Customer Support Specialist – Software

Adria Solutions is recruiting a Customer Support Specialist for a growing technology business whose software is used by customers worldwide.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships and improving how services are delivered. You’ll join a collaborative team where your ideas and customer insights can influence both products and processes.

The role

You’ll help customers get the most from the company’s software, ensuring each interaction is helpful, efficient and tailored to their needs. Alongside responding to enquiries, you’ll identify recurring issues and work across teams to improve the customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound customer enquiries and providing clear, practical solutions.
  • Understanding customer requirements and helping users make effective use of the products.
  • Gathering and analysing feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Working with product, marketing and other teams to turn customer insights into action.
  • Improving support processes and customer interactions, using technology and automation where appropriate.
  • Taking ownership of issues and coordinating with colleagues to resolve them.

About you

You’ll bring a customer-focused approach, strong communication skills and the confidence to take responsibility. You’ll enjoy learning about technology and be comfortable balancing empathy with efficient service.

Essential requirements include:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
  • A bachelor’s degree graded 2:1 or above.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use insights to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to understand customer needs and respond with empathy.
  • Strong organisational skills, including prioritising competing demands and seeing tasks through to completion.
  • A practical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

Experience in cybersecurity or technology would be advantageous, alongside project management, handling complex customer accounts, or using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
