About Ubiq Education

Ubiq Education builds tailor-made, data-driven websites and a modular software platform for forward-thinking independent, private, and international K–12 schools around the world. Independent schools are the fastest-growing K–12 segment in the U.S., and we're growing right alongside them — moving out of startup mode into a rapid growth phase where polish, reliability, and thoughtful user experience matter as much as speed. Our platform spans content management (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), contacts and integrations (CDP), online payments (PAY), a marketing and communications platform covering bulk email, SMS, automated workflows, and chatbot (MCP), persona-based website analytics (DXP), Student Information System integrations, online forms, and an emerging AI assistant built into the CMS.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for school admin support requests, responding promptly and professionally across email, chat, and our ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot reported issues to determine root cause — distinguishing a genuine software or build defect from a training gap, configuration issue, or user error.
  • Clearly and patiently explain how to use platform features, tailoring your explanation to a non-technical school admin audience.
  • Recommend practical solutions to common client questions, drawing on platform knowledge and an understanding of how schools actually use the product.
  • Document confirmed defects with clear reproduction steps and escalate them to Product and Engineering.
  • Own tickets through to resolution, managing multiple open cases at once and meeting response and resolution SLAs.
  • Contribute to and help maintain our help center and internal knowledge base.
  • Spot patterns in recurring questions or issues and flag them to Product and Customer Success as opportunities to improve the product or documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Experience in a client- or customer-support role at a software company.
  • A calm, organized approach to managing multiple tickets and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • A genuine customer-first mindset — you're motivated by helping people succeed, not just closing tickets.
