Do you thrive in a role where you can work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and be trusted to deliver exceptional results? At Siemens Training Solutions, we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who enjoys working autonomously, staying organised, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who values focus and precision while still being part of a supportive, collaborative team when needed.

Please note that this role is based at our Manchester site, which is scheduled to relocate approximately two miles away to Towers Business Park in early 2027.

What makes this role special?

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your day-to-day tasks while playing a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional training experience.

You’ll be the go-to person for training enquiries, coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring everything runs smoothly—from initial enquiry to training completion. If you excel at staying organised, working methodically, and taking ownership of your responsibilities, this role is perfect for you.

You’ll collaborate with trainers, sales teams, and international colleagues to ensure our training solutions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

What you’ll do:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer training enquiries, providing proactive and professional communication.
  • Managing bookings, schedules, and logistics for training events, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Issuing joining instructions, confirmations, and other training communications.
  • Supporting commercial opportunities by generating quotations, converting enquiries, and identifying additional training needs.
  • Collaborating with sales and operations teams to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensuring accurate data management within CRM, SAP, and LMS systems.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and gathering feedback for service improvement.
  • Driving compliance with Siemens policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
