Compensation: $80 - $160 per hour
We are seeking experienced Customer Support and Customer Success professionals with backgrounds in customer service, client success, service delivery, account management, or related functions. In this role, you will review, evaluate, and provide structured feedback on customer-facing and domain-specific documents and work products, assessing them for quality, accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who bring strong analytical and communication skills, customer-centric judgment, and attention to detail, and who are interested in contributing to high-impact evaluation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate customer support, customer success, and service delivery-related documents and work products.
- Assess content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, consistency, and practical relevance.
- Provide structured, objective, and well-reasoned feedback based on established evaluation criteria.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities to improve customer-facing materials and processes.
- Evaluate responses, recommendations, workflows, and documentation from a customer experience perspective.
- Follow structured guidelines and evaluation frameworks consistently across assignments.
- Apply professional judgment and industry knowledge when assessing customer support and success-related content.
- Clearly communicate observations and recommendations in written form.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in customer support, customer success, service delivery, account management, client services, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to evaluate content from both business and customer perspectives.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong document analysis and review skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in customer-facing content.
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and evaluation criteria accurately.
- Strong written reasoning and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Ability to work independently and manage assignments effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer experience, service operations, technical support, or customer lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with CRM, customer support, or customer success platforms.
- Experience creating or reviewing customer communications, support documentation, service processes, or escalation workflows.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or technology-enabled customer service environments is a plus.

Eligibility
- Candidates must be based in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, or Canada.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Engagement & Work Environment
- Fully remote opportunity.
- Work can be completed independently according to project requirements and applicable deadlines.
- Assignments may vary depending on project scope and business needs.
- Candidates should be comfortable evaluating materials across different customer support and success scenarios.

Contract and Payment Terms
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project requirements and performance.
- Work will not require access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, or institution.
- Payments are made weekly through Stripe or Wise, based on services rendered.
