What you will be doing:
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of operational processes, procedures and documentation.
- Drafting and updating customer-facing and internal content, including Help Centre articles, macros and knowledge resources.
- Assisting with Customer Operations projects by documenting requirements, supporting implementation activities and helping coordinate changes.

- Investigating operational issues and helping identify potential solutions and improvements.
- Working closely with Customer Support teams and internal stakeholders to ensure content, processes and ways of working remain accurate and up to date.
- Learning how Customer Operations systems, workflows and tooling work together to support our users.
- Contributing ideas and recommendations that improve efficiency, consistency and customer experience.
Skills we'd love you to have

- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
- An interest in technology, systems, automation or operational improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to investigate issues.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work.
- Experience creating documentation, procedures or knowledge articles is a plus.
- Exposure to CRM, support or workflow management tools (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk or similar) is advantageous but not required.
- Experience working in Customer Operations, Customer Support or a similar operational environment is beneficial but not essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
