CTS Engineer
As the CTS Engineer, you will provide support to our customers by assisting them to help resolve issues affecting their filling line operations and improve line efficiencies ensuring customer satisfaction and maximising the use of UK Beverage products. You will also provide internal support to our design, sales and quality teams.
In your role as the CTS Engineer you will be expected to work with a high level of autonomy both on customer premises and at UK Amcor Beverage sites. You will be able to identify and analyse faults on customer lines which may cause under performance and provide advice on repairs/improvements, working in a dynamic and rapidly challenging environment where a high level of delivery and detailed focus is required.

To be considered for the role you will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:
- Good analytical and practical skills
- A logical and methodical approach to their duties
- Experience of working in a similar customer support environment
- Relevant i.e. polymer training
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes, techniques and implementation
- Mechanical engineering experience

As the CTS Engineer, you will be expected to visit customer premises on a regular basis and support all 3 UK Beverage sites when required. Extensive travel with overnight stays, often at short notice, and flexibility towards working hours is a necessity.
Training may be given in the following areas:
- Injection Moulding Processing
- ProE
- IOSH
