Customer Learning Manager
Location: Leeds (3-4 days onsite)

An AI-powered customer engagement platform helping businesses automate customer communications, streamline operations, and drive growth through intelligent workflows. The platform brings together customer conversations across calls, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and web channels while enabling businesses to automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to build and lead the customer learning function from the ground up. Working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams, you will create structured learning programmes that drive customer adoption, platform engagement, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer adoption across the platform.
- Design onboarding programmes and customer learning journeys.
- Build training content, user guides, videos, workshops, and webinars.
- Create a scalable LMS and customer education function.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Measure adoption, workflow utilisation, and learning effectiveness.
- Gather customer feedback and continuously improve learning experiences.
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure customers maximise value from the platform.

Candidate Requirements
- 4-5+ years' experience in Customer Education, Customer Enablement, Learning & Development, Customer Success, or a related field.
- SaaS or software industry experience.
- Experience building structured learning programmes and training content.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience measuring adoption, engagement, and learning outcomes.

Desirable Experience
- Startup or scale-up environment experience.
- Experience implementing or managing an LMS.
- Customer Success Enablement or Product Education experience.
- Experience building a learning function from scratch.
