We have a fantastic opportunity for an Amazon Customer Transformation Manager to join our UK Sales team.
This is a high-impact role within the Amazon Acceleration team, accountable for accelerating Nestlé's digital commerce capabilities and embedding the strategic changes required to deliver our UK&I and ZEUR 2030 ambition for Amazon, one of Nestlé's most important global partnerships.
Working cross-functionally with category, marketing, media, customer experience, supply chain, finance and Zone teams, you will connect stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities, scale innovation and embed best practices across the business. You will help ensure Nestlé remains at the forefront of digital commerce by identifying new opportunities, driving adoption of emerging Amazon capabilities and creating sustainable competitive advantage.
Your impact
Working as part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for leading the development, governance and execution of the UK Amazon Acceleration Roadmap, ensuring Amazon growth initiatives are prioritised, resourced, measured and delivered at pace.
You will also identify, evaluate and scale emerging Amazon capabilities, platforms and business models, partnering with ZEUR, GAAT and global stakeholders to pilot innovations and accelerate adoption of future growth opportunities including new shopper experiences, fulfilment capabilities and commercial propositions.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and delivery of Nestlé UK's Amazon Content Excellence strategy, partnering closely with CX, Brand, Category, Marcomms and Zone teams to establish best-in-class digital shelf standards, elevate PDP execution, A+ content and Brand Store experiences, and embed governance frameworks that drive consistent, scalable excellence across all categories.
- Own the transformation of brand discoverability across Amazon, creating connected cross-functional plans that improve SEO, search visibility, product findability and shopper engagement, whilst optimising content, ratings, reviews and conversion drivers to maximise traffic, conversion and share of search across priority categories
- Act as the catalyst for Amazon content innovation, connecting UK teams with Zone, Global and GAAT expertise to pilot emerging capabilities, establish AI-enabled content and discoverability standards, and scale new tools, technologies and best practices that enhance shopper experiences and position Nestlé for future Amazon search and commerce ecosystems
- Lead the development and delivery of Nestlé UK's Amazon Retail Media strategy, partnering to create full-funnel media roadmaps, establish investment governance frameworks and optimise media spend to maximise category growth, shopper acquisition and commercial return.
- Own the transformation of traffic generation and audience acquisition across Amazon, developing integrated approaches to DSP, Sponsored Ads, organic search and audience targeting that increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic and accelerate conversion across priority categories and growth platforms.
- Establish Nestlé UK as a leader in Amazon data-driven decision making by developing Amazon Marketing Cloud capabilities, translating advanced audience and performance insights into actionable growth plans
- Lead the Amazon Availability and Supply Chain Excellence agenda, partnering closely with Customer Facing Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations and ZEUR Amazon Supply Chain teams to improve product availability, contribute to the successful adoption of One Way Order to Cash in the UK
- Act as the central orchestrator of Amazon transformation activity, connecting UK teams with ZEUR, external partners and industry best practice, driving accountability and leveraging competitive intelligence, innovation opportunities and strategic recommendations to accelerate growth and execution excellence.

To be successful, you will have strong commercial (Sales, CDT, Marketing) experience in eCommerce. Previous experience working with AMAZON is essential.
This role offers senior exposure and the chance to shape the future of digital commerce at Nestlé. What’s key is your real passion for all things eCommerce and digital and the ability to work in an environment that can be, at times, ambiguous.

- Experience in cross market leadership preferred
