Customer Transformation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Transformation Specialist based in United Kingdom.

This role focuses on helping customers achieve measurable value by improving how they buy, sell, operate, and engage with digital solutions.

You will work directly with customers to understand their workflows, uncover operational challenges, and identify practical opportunities for improvement.

The position combines customer success, account management, operational transformation, and consultative problem-solving.

You will lead discovery conversations, challenge assumptions, manage objections constructively, and guide customers toward meaningful behavior changes.

Your insights will also help shape product improvements, support strategies, marketing messages, and revenue initiatives.

Success will be measured through customer adoption, improved digital activity, stronger trust, and actionable feedback across the wider organization.

This is a high-ownership role for a collaborative professional who enjoys customer interaction and turning real-world challenges into better outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Understand customer operations across buying, selling, inventory management, and other workflows to identify friction, constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead discovery conversations that uncover underlying customer needs, trade-offs, operational challenges, and business priorities rather than focusing only on surface-level issues.
  • Guide customers toward practical behavioral and process changes that help them gain greater value from digital solutions.
  • Provide transparent, consultative advice on available capabilities, potential workarounds, limitations, and areas where solutions are still evolving.
  • Treat customer objections and challenges as valuable sources of insight that can improve future conversations, processes, and solutions.
  • Drive customer adoption through structured testing, consistent follow-through, and clear evidence of progress and outcomes.
  • Share detailed customer insights, workflows, evidence, and outcomes with Product and Support teams to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to translate real-world customer feedback into stronger messaging, targeting, and commercial approaches.
  • Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to prioritize measurable customer value rather than activity completion alone.
  • Use account information and customer context to help growth teams prepare more relevant and effective customer conversations.
  • Provide early, actionable feedback that helps teams understand why customer actions succeed or fail and apply those learnings across the organization.
  • Act as a direct connection between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer needs and operational realities are clearly understood.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
