Customer Value Consultant
Customer Value Consultant – Enterprise (EMEA & North America)
Location: London (hybrid – 2 days per week in-office) Focus: Verticals: Education, Healthcare, Professional Services
About the Role
At Doodle, we’re redefining productivity for modern teams by simplifying scheduling, collaboration, and time management. As we transition from a product-led approach to a sales-led enterprise platform, Customer Success has become one of our primary revenue drivers—and we’re building it from the ground up.
We’re seeking a commercial, proactive Customer Value Consultant to shape our enterprise growth at this pivotal moment. This is not a reactive support role—you will own a full revenue lifecycle: onboarding, expansion, adoption, and renewal, acting as a revenue engine partner alongside our Sales team. If you thrive on relationships that drive measurable business results and think strategically about pipeline growth as much as NPS scores, apply now.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be accountable for owning enterprise accounts and driving value—from pre-sales to long-term growth. Key responsibilities include:
Pre-Sale Value Discovery
- Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct pre-sales value analysis.
- Quantify the business upside for prospects (sponsored meeting units—e.g., time saved, admin errors avoided, double-bookings eliminated, operational efficiency gains), tailored to their KPIs—not generic pitches.
Strategy & Onboarding
- Define account baseline and target metrics upfront, mapping agreed enterprise outcomes (clear, measurable KPIs).
- Lead structured, outcome-driven onboarding, ensuring value delivery over feature activation.
Account Relationship & Expansion Management
- Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders, mapping and influencing decision-makers across departments.
- Conduct 3- and 6-month value reviews to assess projected versus realised ROI.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Dynamics-Based Engagement (Beyond Fixed Cadence)
- Transition to proactive, usage-triggered outreach after 6 months—results-driven, not choreographed.
Proactive Expansion
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities across account stakeholders and new use cases.
- Work closely with AEs to build and drive custom expansion cases.
Important: This role does not include handling renewals or recurring/reactive support—which remain held by our Support team—allowing you to focus purely on maximising customer value and growing revenue.
What You Bring
We’re looking for value-focused, outcomes-driven leaders with:
Experience & Expertise
- 3–5 years in B2B SaaS value consulting, account management, or enterprise Customer Success (targeting large organisational decision-makers).
- Proven ability to build customer-specific business cases, transforming relationships into measurable outcomes—not just managing reactions (e.g., churn risk).
- Experience with multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, confident diplomacy across departments from economic buyers and operational users.
- Ability to collaborate decisively with Account Executives in a land-and-expand strategy.
- Work is proactive by nature—anticipating risks and opportunities before they escalate.
Data & Mindset
- Highly data-driven: uses adoption metrics, platform Account Health & PES scores to prioritise efforts.
- Curiosity about AI/FutureTech: Interest in leveraging AI and automation to multiply impact, not replace human interactions.
Soft Skills & Technical Fit
- English proficiency is mandatory; German language skills are a plus.
- Competitive compensation and path to enterprise growth for standout performers.
