Job Title - Customer Value Programmes Manager

Location - Leeds HQ / Hybrid (3 days per week office)

At Farnell, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating meaningful value for our customers worldwide. As our Customer Value Programmes Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and Power of One (PO1) programmes to life, ensuring they become embedded across our regions, teams and customer segments.

This is a highly visible, global role where you'll work across Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Product, Digital, Operations, Finance and the wider Avnet organisation to drive adoption, deliver measurable outcomes and support future programme expansion.

Following successful implementation and evidence of customer and commercial value, the role will support the progressive expansion of CVP and PO1 into additional regions, customer segments or value-added services. Priorities will be determined by programme performance, commercial growth opportunities and wider business requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the implementation, operationalisation and ongoing management of Farnell's Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and Power of One (PO1) programmes.
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans, customer journeys, processes, tools and regional activities.
  • Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, performance measures and delivery frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Product, Digital, Operations, Service, Finance and Avnet.
  • Partner with regional leaders to drive adoption and ensure programmes are embedded into customer and commercial engagement activities.
  • Track programme performance, customer outcomes, commercial benefits, risks and dependencies, providing clear reporting and recommendations.
  • Use customer insight, programme data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Support the development of business cases, financial modelling and value propositions for future programme growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to align messaging and coordinate customer engagement activities and events.
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful programmes into additional regions, customer segments or value-added services based on proven results and business demand.
  • Ensure programme actions are delivered effectively, barriers are addressed and stakeholders remain aligned to agreed objectives.

What about you?

  • Proven experience leading customer, commercial, operational or transformation programmes within a complex B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into practical plans, governance, tools and sustained delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across functions, regions and seniority levels.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment and driving progress without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of customer value propositions, customer experience, strategic accounts and commercial growth drivers.
  • Experience using customer insights, operational metrics and commercial data to make recommendations and prioritise activity.
  • Skilled in programme management, planning, facilitation, reporting and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders globally.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail and delivery focus.
  • Experience in customer event planning and coordination would be beneficial.
  • Experience within electronics distribution, technology, industrial B2B or global customer-facing organisations would be advantageous.
