About the Role

Hyde is looking for a Customer Vulnerability Specialist to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long-term development.

As the Customer Vulnerability Specialist at Hyde, you will act as the lead specialist for vulnerability across operations. This is a standalone role, so you will be trusted to work independently, provide expert guidance, review policy and practice, and drive improvements through the business. You will use customer insight, case trends and service data to make sure colleagues respond to vulnerable customers in a fair, consistent and proportionate way.

Key Duties

  • Be Hyde’s lead expert on customer vulnerability, giving clear advice on complex cases and helping teams make fair decisions.
  • Work independently in this standalone role, managing your own priorities and using good judgement to solve problems.
  • Review policies, procedures and guidance to make sure they are clear, up to date and work well for customers and colleagues.
  • Use customer feedback, case trends and data to spot issues and lead improvements across the business.
  • Build strong relationships with teams and partners, sharing learning and helping colleagues feel confident when supporting vulnerable customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
