Customer Account Manager / Telesales Account Manager
Redhill, Surrey | Office Based
At CTS Dental Supplies, we've been supporting dental professionals across the UK for over 50 years. We supply a wide range of oral hygiene, preventative care, whitening and infection control products, helping dental practices provide the best possible care for their patients.
We're now looking for a confident, enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join our team.
This is a relationship-driven role where you'll be speaking with existing customers, developing strong partnerships, identifying opportunities to grow accounts, and helping customers get the most from working with CTS.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Building strong relationships through regular telephone and email contact.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Following up quotations, promotions and customer enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate customer information within our CRM system.
- Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Purchasing, Accounts and Customer Service to support customer needs.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Experience in telesales, account management, customer service or sales
- Ability to influence and build trust with customers
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Location
This is an office-based role with flexible working schedule ( hours/Days) in Redhill, Surrey. Applicants must be able to commute reliably to the office. Only candidates who can regularly attend the workplace will be considered.
