As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to play a key role in the development of our Customs & Trade Advisory practice.
This is an opportunity to move beyond project delivery and become a trusted adviser, client leader and future practice leader within a growing specialist consultancy.

You will be expected to combine technical expertise with commercial awareness, client leadership and practice development.
You will work directly with Directors and senior client stakeholders, helping to shape solutions, identify opportunities and contribute to the growth of the business.
This role provides a clear pathway towards Director-level responsibilities.
The Opportunity
You will lead complex customs and trade advisory engagements across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
Projects may include customs operating model design, duty optimisation, free trade agreement utilisation, customs transformation programmes, post-acquisition integration, supply chain assessments and broader trade strategy initiatives.
You will act as a trusted adviser to clients while helping develop the next generation of consultants and managers within the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading complex customs and international trade programmes
- Managing senior client stakeholders
- Developing trusted adviser relationships
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Leading proposals and client pitches
- Developing service offerings and methodologies
- Supporting thought leadership initiatives
- Coaching Managers and Consultants
- Contributing to strategic business initiatives
