Role Description

This full-time on-site role is for a Customs Broker. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Arranging and processing customs clearance for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensuring compliance with customs laws and regulations
  • Liaising with clients, carriers, and government officials as necessary

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a customs broker or a similar role in the freight industry
  • Familiarity with customs brokerage software and technologies
  • An understanding of customs laws and regulations and experience in processing customs clearance documents
  • Further in-house and online training will be available
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and build client relationships
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
