The role:
As a Customs Brokerage Agent, you'll play an important role in keeping international goods moving. You'll be responsible for:
- Processing customs documentation accurately
- Working with customers and colleagues to resolve queries
- Tracking shipments and updating internal systems
- Ensuring freight moves efficiently and complies with customs requirements
- Delivering excellent customer service every day

- Are confident using computers and Microsoft Office

Working pattern: 📍 Office-based in Bristol
The role also includes 3-4 hours every other weekend, paid at enhanced overtime rates:
- 💸 1.5x pay on Saturdays
- 💸 2x pay on Sundays
