With over 50 years’ experience in the logistics industry McCulla Ireland are one of the country’s leading providers of ambient, chilled and frozen logistics solutions throughout Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe.
We currently have Operating Centres across Northern Ireland and Ireland, with further plans for expansion. McCulla has over 300 employees working across our Transport, Warehousing, Customs and Green Bioenergy Operations. There is an ever-growing modern fleet consisting of over 120 vehicles and 200 trailers operating our just in time service with environmental sustainability at the forefront of everything we do and making us unique in the market for our customers.
We are looking to recruit a Customs & Customer Service Administrator to join our Lisburn Team.
About This Role
The Person
This role will require a professional individual who is highly organised, customer focused, with great attention to detail. Strong administration skills and ideally some experience or knowledge of the Customs, transport, logistics industry.

Duties
- Data entry across multiple systems for customs clearances.
- Reporting discrepancies and maintenance of records.
- Answering customer queries via telephone & email.
- Other administration duties to support the running of the Customs Department on a daily basis.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience working in an administration role & dealing with customers.
- Strong administration & organisational skills.
- Able to deal tactfully with a wide variety of people.
- A positive can-do attitude and flexible approach.
- Dedication to completing a high standard of work.
- Strong IT systems experience including a sound knowledge in Microsoft applications.
Terms
- Full Time.
- Monday – Friday, Shift pattern, 07.30 to 4.30 Week1 / 09.00 to 18.00 Week2 (1 hour break)
- Overtime available.
- Salary £26,500 - £30,000 DOE.
