Join a specialist international shipping company where customs is at the heart of the operation.

Our client has over 30 years' experience moving high-value, prestige, and specialist vehicles around the world. They are looking for an experienced Customs Specialist to join their established International Shipping team.

This role would suit someone with experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or customs clearance who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of import and export customs procedures.

Please note: Due to the rural location, you will need your own transport.

The Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring import and export shipments are customs compliant while supporting sea, air, and European road freight movements. Working closely with customers, ports, shipping lines, and customs authorities, you'll play a key role in ensuring cargo moves efficiently through the supply chain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
