About the Role
We're looking for a Production Line Leader to join our Herbs Production team in Runcton. You'll lead a packing line, support your team, and help ensure products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- ✅ Leading and motivating a production team
- ✅ Ensuring production lines are set up correctly
- ✅ Meeting production, quality, and safety targets
- ✅ Monitoring product quality and customer specifications
- ✅ Reducing waste and improving efficiency
- ✅ Completing production records accurately
- ✅ Training and supporting team members
- ✅ Working closely with Quality and Operations teams

What We're Looking For
- ✔ Previous experience as a Line Leader, Production Line Leader, Team Leader, Senior Operative, or Production Supervisor
- ✔ Experience in food production, manufacturing, or packing
- ✔ Good communication and people skills
- ✔ Strong attention to detail
- ✔ Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
