  • 4-day working week
  • Full-Time, Permanent

💰 Pay

  • £15.61 per hour (£34,083.88 per year)
  • Paid monthly on the 25th

About the Role

We're looking for a Production Line Leader to join our Herbs Production team in Runcton. You'll lead a packing line, support your team, and help ensure products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • ✅ Leading and motivating a production team
  • ✅ Ensuring production lines are set up correctly
  • ✅ Meeting production, quality, and safety targets
  • ✅ Monitoring product quality and customer specifications
  • ✅ Reducing waste and improving efficiency
  • ✅ Completing production records accurately
  • ✅ Training and supporting team members
  • ✅ Working closely with Quality and Operations teams

What We're Looking For

  • ✔ Previous experience as a Line Leader, Production Line Leader, Team Leader, Senior Operative, or Production Supervisor
  • ✔ Experience in food production, manufacturing, or packing
  • ✔ Good communication and people skills
  • ✔ Strong attention to detail
  • ✔ Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
