Machine Operator (Late Shift) 🚨
📍 Location: Runcton
🕒 Contract: Full Time, 42 Hours per Week
💰 Salary: £31,811.62 per annum
💷 Pay Date: Monthly, paid on the 25th
🌙 Shift Pattern: Late Shift
4 On / 3 Off
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Start Time: 15:45

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our Operations team at Runcton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- ✅ Setting up and operating packing line machinery safely and efficiently
- ✅ Running flow wrapping and vertical filling lines independently
- ✅ Performing quality control checks and ensuring products meet customer specifications
- ✅ Monitoring machine performance and achieving productivity targets
- ✅ Ensuring products are packed, sealed, labelled and coded correctly
- ✅ Working closely with Line Leaders and Shift Managers to meet production plans
- ✅ Supporting waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- ✅ Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, food safety and health & safety

Essential

Desirable
- ✔ Previous food manufacturing experience
- ✔ Machine operating experience
- ✔ Food Safety qualification or knowledge
Working Environment
❄ Chilled production environment (PPE available)
🎧 Hearing protection required in designated areas
