Machine Operator (Late Shift) π¨
π Location: Runcton
π Contract: Full Time, 42 Hours per Week
π° Salary: Β£31,811.62 per annum
π· Pay Date: Monthly, paid on the 25th
π Shift Pattern: Late Shift
4 On / 3 Off
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our Operations team at Runcton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- β Setting up and operating packing line machinery safely and efficiently
- β Running flow wrapping and vertical filling lines independently
- β Performing quality control checks and ensuring products meet customer specifications
- β Monitoring machine performance and achieving productivity targets
- β Ensuring products are packed, sealed, labelled and coded correctly
- β Working closely with Line Leaders and Shift Managers to meet production plans
- β Supporting waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- β Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, food safety and health & safety

- β Previous food manufacturing experience
- β Machine operating experience
- β Food Safety qualification or knowledge
Working Environment
β Chilled production environment (PPE available)
