Techspire Consulting is growing its UK team and is looking for an experienced Cutover Manager with strong experience across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.
You will take ownership of end-to-end cutover planning and execution, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring all teams are ready for a successful go-live.
Key responsibilities
- Owning and maintaining the integrated cutover plan across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll
- Coordinating business, functional, technical and data migration teams
- Managing milestones, dependencies, risks and contingency plans
- Leading cutover rehearsals and ensuring lessons are incorporated into the final plan
- Chairing readiness reviews and go/no-go meetings
- Tracking issues and ensuring they are resolved by the appropriate owners
- Managing cutover execution through go-live and early stabilisation

Profile
- Proven experience leading cutover for at least one Oracle R12/EBS-to-Cloud migration or a comparable enterprise transformation
- Strong understanding of dependencies across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and leading go/no-go decisions
- High attention to detail and the ability to identify risks early
- Takes full ownership of their work and follows issues through to resolution
- Able to work independently, make decisions and keep delivery moving without close supervision
