SuccessFactors Cutover Manager – Global Transformation
£650–£700 per day | Outside IR35 | 6-month contract | Fully Remote UK
I'm currently working with a global market-leading organisation on a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme, and we're looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Cutover Manager to join the programme on an initial six-month contract.
This is a significant global implementation, and we're looking for someone who has genuine experience owning cutover across large-scale SAP/SuccessFactors programmes.
The Role
As Cutover Manager, you will take ownership of the cutover strategy and coordinate the transition from the existing landscape into the new SuccessFactors solution.
You'll work across programme, functional and technical teams to ensure the organisation is fully prepared for go-live.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Owning and managing the overall cutover strategy and plan
- Developing detailed cutover plans, timelines and runbooks
- Coordinating cutover activities across multiple workstreams
- Managing dependencies between functional, technical, data, integration and testing teams
- Planning and coordinating mock cutovers and rehearsals
- Managing cutover readiness and reporting
- Supporting go/no-go decision-making
- Supporting the transition into hypercare following go-live
About You
We're looking for someone who has genuine hands-on ownership of cutover on major SAP/SuccessFactors transformation programmes.
You'll ideally have:

- Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Significant experience as a Cutover Manager / Cutover Lead / Go-Live Lead
- Experience managing cutover on large-scale, complex implementations
- Experience coordinating multiple technical and functional workstreams
- Experience with cutover rehearsals and mock go-lives
- Strong understanding of data, integrations, testing and business readiness
- Experience working across global programmes and multiple countries
- The confidence to take ownership and drive activity across a complex programme
This isn't a role for someone who has simply supported a cutover. We're looking for someone who has genuinely owned it.
Contract
- 6-month initial contract
- £650–£700 per day
- Outside IR35
- Fully remote within the UK
