Salary Range: $106,900 - $178,500 annually (salary range is based on market data; final salary offered is determined by education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.)

Job Summary:
Leads the deployment of Construction Workface Effectiveness (CWE) professional development programs and courses across Bechtel offices, project sites, and business units. Directs the Deployment team through implementation, facilitation, evaluation, and reporting of approved learning solutions so that programs are executable in real project conditions. Partners with the Design team, project teams, functional organizations, and subject matter experts to drive adoption, track outcomes, and feed evaluation insights back into program revisions that support successful development outcomes.

Major Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead the CWE Professional Development Deployment team.
- Establish and manage deployment priorities, schedules, and workload based on business, project, and organizational needs.
- Drive integration and collaboration between the Deployment and Design teams with the CWE Design Lead.
- Hold team members accountable for scope, cost, schedule, quality, and execution performance.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development support to deployment specialists.
- Facilitate collaboration with the Design team on program handoff, pilot support, and revision feedback.

Program Implementation and Delivery
- Direct the implementation of approved construction professional development programs and courses across projects and business units.
- Own program logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, platform setup, facilitator preparation, and site readiness.
- Lead or coordinate facilitators for virtual and in-person sessions and deliver select sessions directly.
- Direct train-the-trainer (T3) support and facilitator readiness for deployed programs.
- Oversee the learning database, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint systems supporting program delivery and access.
- Prioritize and allocate deployment resources to support successful execution.
Additional Major Responsibilities
Construction Alignment and Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure program delivery aligns with construction execution practices, field requirements, and real project conditions.
- Drive learner engagement and program adoption through communication, coaching, and credibility with site teams.
- Partner with construction functional managers, project teams, and subject matter experts to plan rollouts and address staff and craft development needs.
- Coordinate deployment communications and rollout updates with projects, sponsors, and subject matter experts.
- Communicate deployment status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Program Evaluation and Revision Management
- Track and report engagement, adoption, compliance, and Level 1–3 evaluation outcomes through Power BI dashboards.
- Direct survey implementation and analysis of feedback and adoption metrics to support course corrections.
- Coordinate with the Design lead to implement program revisions, scale or close programs, and inform future designs.
- Ensure deployment follows established standards and promotes consistency, quality, and scalability across the CWE program portfolio.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9 -12 years of relevant work experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in engineering, construction, project execution, program management, or professional development.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Experience leading teams, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence priorities, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- EPC industry experience.
- Experience supporting large capital projects.
- Experience facilitating or deploying technical or professional development programs.
- Knowledge of construction execution practices and project lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with learning evaluation methods and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint.
