Job Title: CX Apprentice - A1 & Data Integration
Reports to: CX Solutions Director
Apprenticeship: Data Analyst Level 4
Duration: 12-18 months, subject to learner progress + End Point Assessment

What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 4 Apprentice to join our team and help us build better, smarter chatbot experiences. You won't be expected to run the whole show on day one—you’ll be working right alongside our team to help bridge the gap between our back-end data and the front-facing bots that talk to our customers.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Building Chatbot Flows: Help us design, test, and tweak chatbot journeys to make sure customers get their answers quickly without needing to talk to an agent.
- Plugging In Data: Learn how to set up webhooks and APIs that pull live data out of the cloud and drop it straight into our bot conversations.
- Tracking What Works: Look through conversation logs, drop-off rates, and performance data with the team to figure out where the bot is getting stuck and how we can fix it.
- Keeping Things Running: Help monitor the platform day-to-day to keep our flows working smoothly and our data connections healthy.
- Teamwork: Work with data leads and customer teams to turn ideas into simple, automated bot interactions.

What We're Looking For
- Tech Curiosity: A real interest in conversational AI, smart automation, and cloud technology.
- Data Basics: A basic grasp of how data travels across the web (like what APIs, webhooks, or JSON are, even if you're still learning the details).
- Problem-Solving Skills: You like digging into numbers, spreadsheets, or dashboards to figure out why something isn't working.
- Eagerness to Learn: You're a great communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions, pick up new skills, and get stuck into team projects.
