We have an exciting opportunity to become a Customer Experience Team Member!

We’re looking for friendly, motivated people to join our Customer Experience Team at our Head Office in Livingston on a temporary part-time basis.

Available Shifts

We have midweek, evening, and weekend shifts available on a temporary part-time basis. We are looking for:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am-2:00pm.
  • Monday to Friday, 12:00pm-6:00pm.
  • A variety of evening and weekend shifts:
    • Evening shifts: 4:00pm-8:00pm
    • Saturdays: 9:30am-5:00pm
    • Sundays: 10:30am-5:00pm

Please specify your availability in your application.

Our current opening hours are 8:00am-8:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:00pm Saturday, and 10:30am-5:00pm on Sunday, and these will extend over peak periods.

You’ll receive full training in the office, so you’ll need to be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping customers who want to buy something or need support — always treating them as individuals.
  • Responding to customer queries across social media platforms, including WhatsApp.
  • Chatting with customers through our text chat service.
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a friendly, professional way.
  • Supporting our High Street stores with any questions or issues they have.
